The Challenge
Meridian operated 32 brand and regional websites across 14 countries on four different CMS platforms. Time-to-publish for a global campaign exceeded 3 weeks due to manual copy-paste across systems and no shared governance model.
Our Solution
All 32 sites were consolidated onto a single Jahia multisite installation with a shared DAM, centralised brand component library, and delegated editorial roles per region. Global campaign content is published once and adapted by regional editors within guardrails.
Results
Global campaign time-to-publish dropped from 3 weeks to 2 days. Brand compliance violations fell by 89%. The shared DAM eliminated 12TB of duplicate assets. Annual licensing costs reduced by €1.2M.
